1. Services

ReviewJams ("we," "us," "our") provides custom music and video content created from publicly available Google Business reviews submitted by the client ("you," "your"). By placing an order through our website or in person, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All music, lyrics, and video content produced by ReviewJams is created using artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to ElevenLabs, ChatGPT (OpenAI), and other AI-powered creative platforms. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept that your deliverables are AI-generated content.

3. Rights & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the delivered content for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including but not limited to social media, advertising, broadcast, and promotional materials.

ReviewJams retains the right to use delivered content in our portfolio, samples, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Source Material

Content is derived from publicly available Google Business reviews. By providing your Google Business page link, you represent that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business listed and that you consent to the use of publicly posted reviews as creative source material.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReviewJams shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

• The content of Google reviews used as source material
• Any third-party intellectual property claims related to AI-generated output
• The accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of review content
• Any loss of revenue, reputation, or business arising from the use of delivered content
• Technical limitations or changes to AI platforms used in production

All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Payment & Delivery

Payment is due at time of order. All sales are final. Delivery will be made via email within 24 hours of order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

7. Revisions

One round of reasonable revisions (genre change, different review selection) is included at no additional charge. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
